What types of properties do you deal with?
Our prime area of expertise is off-plan properties in a number of emerging and established countries. Most of the developments we source have a build time of about 12-24 months, which gives you time to benefit from good capital growth. Our developments can vary from country homes, to modern riverside apartments to even commercial builds.

What are off-plan properties?
Off-plan properties are properties that have yet to be built. As a purchaser, you may be able to see a show home, but most often, all you are likely to see are the floor plans, perhaps a model of the development, and /or various artist impressions.

Why off-plan properties?
People generally buy off-plan as an investment or a second home abroad. The main benefit you will see is the low purchase price as the development has not been built intern you can see great capital appreciation after the property is built. Also it could often mean that you put down only a small deposit and the remaining balance is paid quite some time after signing contracts. Of course, during this time the value of the property could be rising, and you could see a significant growth of your original price and you will not have invested any more funds. Like any investment, there is an element of risk, but this is minimised by having us work on your behalf to find the right opportunities and work with you through the process of building your overseas property portfolio.
